Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst
to support the Employee Commissions team by managing the Xactly
Incent platform and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain the Xactly platform, including plans, rules,
and calculations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and
implement new reporting requirements
Implement operational enhancements to the monthly commissions
process and provide training to users
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Xactly system administrator
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects in a team
environment
