A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to
support software platforms and assist in project implementation and
system administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users of software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Document and track application issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application support
Strong understanding of software development principles
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to understand and document technical requirements and
software relationships in an organized manner
