Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Cryptography Researcher,
Blockchain Sharding.
Key Responsibilities
Design a permissionless sharding protocol that extends the
Proof-of-Archival-Storage (PoAS) consensus
Propose an initial candidate design within one month and advance to
implementation prototyping within three months
Complete a formalized design with an initial security proof within
one year
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in permissionless consensus protocols and
large-scale distributed systems
Familiarity with current blockchain sharding designs and
protocols
High agency in problem-solving and proposing innovative
solutions
Ability to formalize and evaluate properties of cryptographic
protocols
Experience in authoring research articles and papers
