A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Cloud
Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a scalable, secure, and cost-optimized
cloud platform across AWS and GCP
Provide technical leadership for designing and operating Kubernetes
clusters and cloud-native services
Establish and manage a robust 24/7 monitoring strategy to ensure
reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud platform
roles, with 2+ years in technical leadership or management
Expertise in Kubernetes, AWS/GCP infrastructure, and databases
(e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB, Cassandra)
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
tools (Terraform/Pulumi)
Experience in establishing efficient 24/7 monitoring systems and
processes
Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams across
geographies
