A company is looking for an Assistant Manager Medical Coding &
Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee outsourced engagements, ensuring quality and meeting client
requests
Coordinate and facilitate training for coding, consulting, or
credentialing staff
Manage healthcare projects and staffing coverage
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED; additional education preferred
Minimum of 2 years of abstract coding experience
Must hold a relevant certification (CPC, CIC, CCS, CCS-P, CCS-H,
RHIT, or RHIA)
Experience managing healthcare projects and coordinating staff
coverage
Understanding of revenue cycle management challenges
