Customer Service Representative - Delivering Exceptional Support
in Logistics!
Do you have three years of customer service experience in the
logistics industry? Staffmark is hiring a professional and
experienced Customer Service Representative in Van Nuys, CA. The
candidate selected will be responsible for order entry,
communicating with customers, and operations to ensure efficiency
and cost-effectiveness. Bring your expertise and join a passionate

Pay: $24-$26 per hour (Based on experience)
1st Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday
Essential Functions:
* Enter and fulfill customer orders providing cost-effective
transportation and on-time delivery.
* Negotiate and process customer RMAs, and other order issues
including production schedule or carrier issues.
* Utilize customer and carrier electronic portals and systems.
* Oversee the care and execution of contracts, manage blanket
purchase orders, and confirm POD or delivery times.
* Negotiate and maintain the best available freight rates for all
lanes with incumbent brokers and alternatives.
* Maintain weekly operations and monthly reports.
* Measure performance against customer KPI including performance vs
budget, on-time performance, and execute strategies to improve
them.

Qualifications:
* Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Logistics.
* 3+ years of experience in Business-to-Business Customer Service
and or Logistics.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Acumatica (or other ERP
Software Experience), and Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word,
PowrPoint).
* Strong communication, customer service, time management, and
problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform general office tasks.
