Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager focused on
Search Relevance (Vector Search).
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team of Java
engineers working on search functionality
Lead the delivery of search enhancements with regular releases,
ensuring high quality and innovation
Build roadmaps and prioritize tasks while collaborating with
product managers to define requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience leading distributed teams of software engineers
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Significant experience as a hands-on software engineer
Previous experience working with stakeholders outside of
Engineering
Familiarity with performance optimization in software
development
