This well-respected, full-service, 200+ bed non-profit hospital has a Level 3 NICU and has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report and is recognized as a Birthing-Friendly hospital and has a Family-Centered postpartum unit.
Reporting to the Director of Neonatal Services, the Nursing Manager Neonatal ICU is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the NICU including RN and staff scheduling, interviewing and onboarding new team members, mentoring NICU RNs, assisting the Director with inventory and department budgets, and upholding the mission and values of the organization while promoting quality and safe patient care.
The Nursing Manager Neonatal ICU will be well supported by NICU RN Supervisors, Charge Nurses, and Assistant NICU Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
