Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Exam Manager to provide
oversight and leadership for internal audits, regulatory exams, and
internal reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle examination support, including stakeholder
interactions and communication
Provide coaching and mentorship to Exam Managers and oversee their
performance
Develop and implement governance and control strategies aligned
with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in risk and control functions
Advanced knowledge of governance, risk management, and regulatory
standards
Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation
Ability to lead and evaluate program/project activities
effectively
