Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer to
manage client relationships and troubleshoot platform issues.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate critical situations as
needed
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
and monitor high-impact cases
Create and update documentation to build a knowledge base of
customer solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years in technical support, customer success
management, or account management, preferably in a SaaS
environment
Advanced knowledge in email marketing or digital marketing
software
Intermediate knowledge of databases, including SQL
Proven success in managing client relationships with enterprise
clients
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment
