Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Treasury to lead and
optimize corporate treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the corporate treasury function to enhance
financial operations and maximize cash positions
Manage the daily cash position and cash flow forecasting, reporting
weekly to senior management
Oversee term debt and revolving credit facilities, ensuring
compliance and managing interest expenses
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury management or related
fields
Strong understanding of cash management, debt management, and
financial instruments
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
