Job Description:

Our financial services client is seeking a Tax Supervisor or Manager (depending upon experience) to assist with auditing, tax, and consulting services. They are seeking an experienced supervisor to help lead the team and manage responsibilities.This role is an exciting opportunity to level up your tax experience and leadership skills with a great team!Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review tax engagements, including staff supervision, budget tracking, progress monitoring, and status reporting to the team.
• Collaborate directly with partners, managers, and clients to address tax and accounting matters.
• Conduct research and analysis on accounting or tax-related issues.
• Assign tasks and provide training for team members on engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Identify and resolve issues before the final report review.Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or in a corporate tax role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role with direct reports.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting or business required.
  • CPA exam completion or CPA license preferred.
  • Proficiency in tax or audit software and strong computer skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with an ability to perform under pressure and establish working relationships with peers and leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.Salary & Benefits:
    • The salary range for this role is $110K - 175K depending upon relevant experience.
