Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Director Account Management to
lead operations in the Core Banking space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing banking
clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software
products and services, executing account growth strategies
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, presenting
tailored software solutions and collaborating with internal teams
for delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or business development
within the banking software or fintech industry
Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation,
and financial technology solutions
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the
NAM region
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related
field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to
changing market conditions
