Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to
support SaaS implementation and project management in a remote
contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up with customers and manage project tasks to
ensure timely completion
Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams and technical
resources
Maintain documentation and provide administrative support for
project tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer support, project coordination,
or related fields
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
interactions simultaneously
Experience with project management tools such as Asana and
Salesforce is a plus
Familiarity with software implementation projects or enterprise
SaaS solutions is preferred
Able to work independently and escalate critical issues as
needed
