Job Description:

A company is looking for part-time Virtual Call Center Representatives for their call center.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up with prospective homeowners regarding specific home improvement needs
Meet and exceed performance and quality goals and metrics
Multitask effectively while managing calls and computer tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be a resident of Georgia
Able to commit to a fixed schedule
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
High-speed wired internet connection and compatible computer system
Experience with MS Office or OpenOffice and web browsers
