Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Officer - Regulatory
Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Regulatory Intelligence Compliance team in researching and
summarizing legal and regulatory compliance requirements
Oversee the regulatory change management program and ensure timely
implementation of remediation plans
Produce management and committee reporting while maintaining the
library of applicable regulations and laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctor or CRCM preferred
2+ years of experience in financial services compliance, bank
regulation, or comparable legal/audit experience
Strong relationship management and leadership skills
Basic project management skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret laws and regulations
