A company is looking for a Head of Growth to lead sales and
marketing efforts for one of its operating companies.
Key Responsibilities
Transition the organization from founder-led sales to a structured
sales process
Professionalize the sales function by building out sales processes,
tools, and metrics
Run cross-functional growth campaigns while collaborating with
sales, account management, marketing, and operations
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales
Proven ability to drive sales growth and build a sales team
Experience in formulating and executing overall business
strategy
Strong network and sales skills
Motivated leader eager to build a sustainable organic growth
model
