Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Paralegal to join their
remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage foreclosure processes from referral through conclusion
Order title, obtain payoffs, and prepare necessary documents such
as deeds and assignments
Provide timely updates and responses to clients while meeting
deadlines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related foreclosure experience
Broad knowledge of real estate default services
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc. is a plus
Ability to manage a heavy workload and work independently
Deadline-driven and comfortable communicating over the phone
