Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage full cycle
recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions and source candidates from
various online channels
Conduct interviews and prepare assessments for candidates
Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and assist with
onboarding new hires
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume
databases
Experience with various sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
