*$3,000 Sign On Bonus*McRory Pediatric Services is looking for full-time, dynamic, creative and committed Physical Therapists to join our interdisciplinary therapy team at our Tarzana and Valencia clinics. Will consider strong PTA. Position entails a flexible work schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities.*Duties:** Administer evaluation and assessments* Develop treatment plans* Provide 1:1 treatment in clinic or in program as assigned* Provide parent education and training* Collaborate with other disciplines as needed/requested to ensure quality of care* Conduct assessments (initial, on-going, and discharge) in conjunction with appropriate team members*Minimum Requirements:** Must have California Physical Therapy license.* Previous pediatric treatment experience is a plus.* Proof of immunization records and TB required.* CPR certification is preferred.Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skill.
