A renowned hospital in Southern California is seeking an experienced Critical Care Clinical Nurse Educator to join their advanced intensive care team. This is a full-time position offering excellent benefits and a competitive salary in the Los Angeles area.Critical Care Clinical Educator Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive education and training to nursing staff across multiple intensive care units (ICUs) including medical, surgical, cardiovascular, and neurocritical care
• Implement evidence-based practices to ensure highest standards of critical care nursing and patient safety
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, specialists, and multidisciplinary ICU teams
• Develop educational programs for mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, ECMO, and other advanced critical care topics
• Promote early mobility, delirium prevention, and other ICU best practices
• Work closely with nursing professional development to advance ICU nursing excellenceRequirements:
  • Active CA RN license required, BSN required, MSN preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of critical care nursing practices
  • Excellent teaching/training abilities
