A renowned hospital in Southern California is seeking an
experienced Critical Care Clinical Nurse Educator to join their
advanced intensive care team. This is a full-time position offering

area.Critical Care Clinical Educator Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive education and
training to nursing staff across multiple intensive care units
(ICUs) including medical, surgical, cardiovascular, and
neurocritical careImplement evidence-based practices to ensure
highest standards of critical care nursing and patient
safetyCollaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, specialists, and
multidisciplinary ICU teamsDevelop educational programs for
mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, ECMO, and
other advanced critical care topicsPromote early mobility, delirium
prevention, and other ICU best practicesWork closely with nursing
professional development to advance ICU nursing
excellenceRequirements:
Active CA RN license required, BSN
required, MSN preferredIn-depth knowledge of critical care nursing
practicesExcellent teaching/training abilitiesStrong leadership,
communication and interpersonal skillsThis acute care hospital

nursing leadership. The ICU Clinical Educator will work alongside
ICU Nurse Managers and Nurse Practitioners. The Educator will
