The Senior Director, Product Management (Safety) will drive product strategy and execution for a portfolio of safety capabilities, that are core to our product. The role is responsible for a team of product managers that drive engagement with customers, internal partners and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and align product portfolio investments.You'll Get To:

• Establish the product roadmap, communicating business vision internally and presenting strategic direction.
• Manage a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies to support new products and features.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to capture requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases.
• Discover and validate market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape and make data-driven decisions.
• Understand how customers and users leverage platforms to streamline their business processes.
• Provide leadership for strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the enterprise SAAS and Hardware solution.
• Determine buy/build/partner decisions.What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of Product Management experience in business to business with a focus on SAAS commercial products.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead an impactful team of product managers to deliver enterprise products and strategies.
• Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and goals.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.
• Effective at using data-driven decision making to influence others in a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.Nice to have:

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
