Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the daily
operations of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations
and policies
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and oversee tenant
improvement projects
Coordinate budgets, financial goals, and manage vendor
relationships for maintenance and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate or property management, or
equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience in commercial property
management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint;
Yardi experience is a plus
Able to read and interpret technical, financial, and legal
documents
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing work
environments
