A company is looking for a Global Compensation and Benefits
Manager to lead global initiatives in compensation and
benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage global compensation structures and
incentive programs
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices and
compliance with regional regulations
Oversee annual compensation reviews and collaborate with Talent
Acquisition on offer development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least
3 years in a global role
Strong understanding of global compensation trends and benefits
design
Proven experience in market analysis and managing compensation
cycles
Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools
