• Oversee all aspects of the preschool program, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and enrollment management.
• Foster a nurturing, faith-based environment that supports the academic, emotional, and spiritual development of preschool-aged children.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and maintain program accreditation standards.
• Supervise and mentor preschool staff, encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, fostering open and respectful communication.
• Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for the preschool program.
• Inspirational Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff to create an exceptional preschool experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or a related field.
• Includes 24 semester units in ECE or CD coursework, with at least 6 units in administration and 2 units in adult supervision.Experience:
• At least one year of teaching experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group program.Licensing and Permits:
• Child Development Site Supervisor Permit (required).
• Must pass a background check and complete Virtus training.Preferred Qualifications:
• Child Development Program Director Permit: Demonstrates advanced knowledge and qualifications for overseeing multiple site child care programs.
• Veteran Experience: Extensive experience as a Preschool Director or equivalent leadership role is highly encouraged.Application Requirements:
