Job Description:

A company is looking for an Affiliate/Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of its global affiliate program and co-marketing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and partnership specialists, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations
Strategically grow and manage the affiliate program, utilizing data-driven decisions to enhance performance and onboarding of affiliates
Identify and establish co-marketing partnerships, fostering long-term relationships with key brands to expand reach and maximize collaboration

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships, including team management
Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate/partnership programs globally
Passion and/or good understanding of investing
Practical experience with affiliate platforms and a deep understanding of tracking and commission protocols
Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions
