Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Support Manager to lead their
Care Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Care Support team and oversee
Team Leads
Design and implement customer support policies and procedures
Coordinate with Operations and Product teams to enhance processes
and workflows
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in an operations management role with a proven track
record of meeting KPIs
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for
decision-making
Expert knowledge of Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
Experience in a healthcare hypergrowth environment is a bonus
