Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partner campuses to optimize the enrollment
process for students and institutions
Make strategic decisions to ensure an efficient and student-focused
admissions process
Supervise daily operations of the admissions team, including
hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of admissions, customer service, or sales experience
3+ years of management experience
Thorough knowledge of the college admissions process
Proven track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced
environment
