Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager, AI Chatbot to lead the development and optimization of AI chatbot systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI chatbot solutions
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of chatbot projects, ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or product management, focusing on AI or chatbot platforms
Proven experience integrating chatbot solutions with customer support platforms like Zendesk
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
