Manage and develop Post-Closing Supervisors and Specialists
Collaborate with regional leaders and handle critical
escalations
Design and optimize post-closing processes for efficiency and risk
mitigation
Required Qualifications
Minimum four years of supervisory experience
Experience in real estate transaction processing and customer
service
Ability to coach and motivate staff
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
History of effective collaboration with different departments and
leaders
