Quality Analytics Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analytic Manager - Quality to support HEDIS and quality analytics reporting and data analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provides technical consultation, database development, and statistical analysis for various projects
Develops analytical frameworks and visualizations using SAS, SQL, and other tools for clinical data analyses
Evaluates HEDIS results and identifies opportunities for quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or BA/BS in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health policy/information management
7-10 years of experience in an analytic or data management environment, preferably in healthcare
Thorough knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and other relevant software tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
