Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to
lead project integrations and support customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for
successful project outcomes
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of customer success
projects within budget and timeline
Manage the onboarding process for new customers and resolve
project-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
6-10 years of experience in program management or related
discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
certification is a plus
Experience managing healthcare customer implementations is
preferred
Experience with Salesforce and project management tools such as
Jira or Smartsheet
