A company is looking for a Content Lead to develop and execute a
comprehensive content strategy in the healthcare marketing

Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the end-to-end content marketing strategy, including
editorial calendars and campaign themes
Create and curate engaging content that educates employers,
brokers, and employees on healthcare benefits
Drive organic growth through optimized content marketing and
maintain high editorial standards across all content
Required Qualifications
5+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 2 years in
B2B content targeting business audiences
Strong editorial background in the healthcare or benefits industry,
particularly with employer-sponsored health insurance
Deep understanding of content distribution channels, SEO best
practices, and keyword optimization
Experience managing content teams or freelancers and familiarity
with content management systems
Comfortable using data to inform content direction and strategic
decision-making
