Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to provide
contractual support to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various technology contracts and legal
documents
Collaborate with internal business clients and cross-functional
stakeholders
Create/update playbooks, mentor legal professionals, and improve
legal processes
Required Qualifications
Member of the bar in at least one U.S. State
10 years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience
5 years of experience negotiating sell-side B2B SaaS Agreements
with Fortune 500 clients
Experience working closely with sales teams in a B2B tech
environment
Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Salesforce, and other legal
tools
